Waimea Gazette ceased publication May 2007. It had over the last few decades developed a loyal following and was faithfully read by residents and visitors alike. We are working on getting the past issues published in book form, available November 2007. Please check back!
The Waimea Gazette was named the County of Hawai'i's" 1997 Media Advocate of the Year" by the U.S. Small Business Administration and received the 1994 KAHILI award for print media by the Hawai'i Visitors Bureau in its annual "Keep It Hawaii" Program.
